- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to avoid fees, when I provide a price, I like to keep it a flat rate. I also offer a referral bonus.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet in person to go over the details. This allows both of us to understand what we need better and to ensure that we are a good match for your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Bachelors degree in communications with an Associates degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting.
