Matt was great to work with, he came out and quoted work for grading multiple areas for us to get a garden going and other projects. The quote was very reasonable so we pulled the trigger and had him come out once the snow was gone. He did a great job of it, and made sure we were happy with it before he left. He even moved some dirt removed from the grading to some low spots I had in my yard. We will be hiring him again for sure in the future after this experience!

Mason came to our home when he said he would and did exactly what we asked. He trimmed several very large trees and pulled one out. He also cleaned up the mess and hauled it away. I would definitely have 123 Property Services over again to help us out. 5 Stars!! Friendly and professional too.
