- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each JAN-PRO proposal is customized to the specific needs of the client. Square Footage, Different Floor types, Number of Restrooms, Number of Days per Week Serviced, etc. all contribute to how the monthly pricing is comprised.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to us that we meet our clients and have an opportunity to view the property prior to providing a quote so that we can clearly understand the needs at their facility. Each customer and their facilities have different needs and we want to make sure the service we provide is in alignment with what they are looking for. Once signed with JAN-PRO customers will have open communication with our office as well as the Franchise Owner assigned to their account. Service inspections, Customer Service calls and the JAN-PRO Guarantee are all in place to give our customers piece of mind that service will be consistent and completed in full based on their customized cleaning schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
JAN-PRO Franchise Owners are required to complete an extensive 5 week training program where they learn about OSHA Standards, Bloodborne Pathogens, Chemical Compliance and GHS, MedMetrix, Proper disinfection of a commercial facility, Green Cleaning, and much more. In addition to the 5 weeks of classroom training JAN-PRO Franchise Owners also receive continuing education in the field by our Operations Team for the existence of their Franchise.
