Mike was highly professional and responsive throughout the entire process of our new furnace installation. He provided a step-by-step breakdown of the entire disconnection process for the old furnace and installation process for the new one so you knew exactly what work was being performed. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $130 for the first hour and then $80 an hour after the first hour is completed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I have a new customer, I try to gather as much information about the issue that is occurring. It's important to understand what's going on prior to servicing so that I can be prepared and hopefully have the parts or items I need so that I can fix things right away. It is my aim to do a great job, so being prepared is important to me as well as making my customer happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Hennepin Tech with 2 year associate's degree in commercial and residential HVACR (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration). I have over 10 years of experience working with HVACR services for commercial and residential work.
