Mike was highly professional and responsive throughout the entire process of our new furnace installation. He provided a step-by-step breakdown of the entire disconnection process for the old furnace and installation process for the new one so you knew exactly what work was being performed. The work was completed promptly and at a great price compared to other quotes I had received. Highly recommended!

Mike is very knowledgeable, courteous and does high quality work. No job is beyond him. I had him come out to install a wi-fi thermostat (thought that I didn't have the required c-wire for install), and Mike came out and quickly installed the new thermostat and looked over my current system. Mike answered all of my questions, walked me through setup and gave me honest recommendations and feedback. He never tried to up-sell me on anything, which I appreciate. I'd highly recommend Mike for any of your HVAC needs, whether big or small, he's willing to help!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $130 for the first hour and then $80 an hour after the first hour is completed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I have a new customer, I try to gather as much information about the issue that is occurring. It's important to understand what's going on prior to servicing so that I can be prepared and hopefully have the parts or items I need so that I can fix things right away. It is my aim to do a great job, so being prepared is important to me as well as making my customer happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Hennepin Tech with 2 year associate's degree in commercial and residential HVACR (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration). I have over 10 years of experience working with HVACR services for commercial and residential work.
