Our pricing offers flexibility and value, with options to meet various needs: Hourly Rates: $120/hour for on-site support and $60/hour for remote support. Fixed-Price Services: Includes services like data backup and PC setup starting at $89.99. Memberships: Our annual memberships start at $169, providing included service hours and discounts on additional support. Discounts: We offer 15% off for first responders, active military, and veterans. Business Packages: We provide managed IT service packages with a 20% discount for Forest Lake Chamber members. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Smart Cloud, we make it easy for new customers to get started: 1. Initial Consultation: We start with a call or message to understand your needs. This helps us assess the type of support that’s best for you—whether it’s remote or on-site. 2. Service Recommendations: Based on your needs, we’ll recommend specific services, membership options, or custom solutions to fit your goals and budget. 3. Estimate and Scheduling: We provide a clear estimate and set up a time that works for you. If it’s an urgent issue, we’ll do our best to schedule support as soon as possible. 4. Service Delivery: Our skilled technician (currently myself as the sole tech) provides the support, either remotely or on-site. We aim to resolve issues efficiently and keep you informed along the way. 5. Follow-Up and Support: We offer ongoing support, including discounts for members and priority service for Managed IT clients. After each service, we check in to ensure everything is working as expected. Our goal is to make tech support easy, efficient, and personalized for each customer.

Thomas received his Comp TIA A+ certification through his high-school. He has had 4 years of school experience, 3 years of experience from Staples, and countless hours helping his friends and family. He is always willing to learn and improve himself so that he can help others that may need it. If he doesn't know the answer to your question, he will do the research to learn about your specific situation and provide honest feedback based on his research.
