- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our customer service representatives will assist you with scheduling and request any additional information that may be needed for us to best help you with your project. Once the appointment is scheduled, you will receive a text message confirming the date and time of our visit. On the day of your appointment, you will receive a text message when the electrician is on his way. Once on site, the electrician will answer any additional questions you have, diagnose the electrical issues you are experiencing and, upon your approval, make necessary repairs.
