- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I worked for that large company, I had training for approximately 3 months where teach me the type of products that can be used and on what surfaces, and also as a system on how to perform cleaning correctly, the training was very good. many classes and also after classes you have to take exams and as you pass that module and those exams you can continue advancing, the training was very good it is definitely a system that is approved and at a national level, and In addition to this training, I also had a long training of approximately 2 years on quality control and customer satisfaction, all of this based mainly on the quality of our work and this also helped me a lot to keep the clients that I now have the main of our approaches to customer satisfaction.
