- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Out pricing here reflects base sanding prices. They can decrease or increase depending on exact project. But feel comfortable knowing this will be explained to you before we even agree on a date to perform the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually have our appointment setter reach out to them to set up a good time to swing by and look at the floor, and get a good understanding of what the customer is looking to get out of the project. Once I understand what the customer is hoping to accomplish I am able to give them a firm price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
