He did awesome! Would definitely hire him again. He spent a lot of time fixing our microwave. It’s built in, fancy thing of a brand I wasn’t even familiar with. He took his time and had to come back the next day with the part that he needed. Saved us a lot of money by fixing the microwave instead of us having to get a brand new one! We appreciated how fast he was able to make it out and even getting back the very next day with the part!

Let me remind you that before proceeding with the repair, we discussed the cost, and you had two options: a service call fee or the repair. You chose the repair at the agreed-upon price, with no additional fees or hidden charges. I understand that you might have hoped for a free service, but welcome to the real world—people work for money, including yourself. Also, $213 for a dryer repair is a completely reasonable minimum price, as I explained to you. Thumbtack charges for leads, which I have to pay for, and your service included a warranty on parts and my labor. So, if you agree to a service upfront and then leave reviews like this, don’t you find that a bit strange? But hey, it’s your life, your choice. All the best!

Sergei was very responsive, punctual, & professional. He successfully diagnosed the problem with our oven on the initial phone call. He repaired our oven during his only visit, as he already had the parts that were needed for the repair.
