- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer straightforward pricing on certain projects, such as $100+materials initial diagnostics fee for troubleshooting and fixing the issue if it can be done in the first hour. Free estimates are offered virtually and free estimated can be given in person after the Service call fee is collected
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive experience in working in residential and commercial setting, have worked in 6+ states and there's probably not an electrical issue I haven't run into so I feel confident I can resolve any electrical problem customer might have or at least offer a solid solution.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a wide variety of customers , including home owners, landlords, tenants of various properties.
