- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We write detailed, itemized estimates so you can see exactly what you're getting with your purchase. We use professional estimating software and data-driven pricing models to dial-in our estimates and provide fair, accurate pricing for everyone. We offer flexible payment plans with options as low as 9.99% APR or deferred payments and interest for 12 months. No prepayment penalties, ever. Subject to credit approval. We also offer a generous cash discount for customers who choose not to finance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We start off by getting to know you and your project: things like your address, desired shingle type, known damage/leaking etc. 2. Next we set an appointment to come to your property and inspect the roof. 3. At the appointment, we'll take some measurements, and identify the scope of work needed. We always look for storm damage too, just in case there's a chance we could save you some money by going through your insurance carrier. 4. Back on the ground, we'll go over our findings with you and show you pictures of anything that's damaged or needs to be replaced. 5. We'll put together an estimate on the spot, or help you initiate an insurance claim if that's what you need. No sales pressure, we're just here to offer simple, no-nonsense solutions for your roofing needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a state-licensed general contractor. I am also a licensed insurance agent, and I spent over a decade working in the insurance industry before moving into construction. Now I use my insurance experience to help homeowners get their claims approved and negotiate for superior repairs.
