My training background was formed through many years of martial arts and sports training. There are many gyms in the area but Pro Fitness is the echelon for group training. Stop wasting your time with those other gyms offering group classes that are too crowded, intimidating, and "cookie cutter." Kurt at Pro Fitness in Eden Prairie has the expertise, and compassion for each member that you DO NOT get at other gyms. He combines kettle bells, medicine balls, and body weighted exercises to increase strength, endurance, and flexibility. I would encourage anyone with all skills and abilities to try Pro Fitness. As a mom of three with a new born, I appreciated Kurt's knowledge and ability to relate to my needs. He is able to coach modifications for each exercise while still encouraging you to push yourself. The facility is clean and easy to access. There is no navigating around a locker room or intimidating staff to avoid, and no extra charges for unnecessary services.

Pro Fitness Training is incredible! The classes are always different, challenging, and fun and they really do get you amazing results. Kurt is extremely talented, passionate, and knowledgeable about everything related to the body and fitness - working out with him has seriously changed my body and my confidence has never been higher!!

Kettlebell training is the best! Kurt is a great trainer. After one class I was amazed at how cool the exercises were. It is the best place to train in the West Metro. Love it!

I have had the opportunity to train with Mr. Hartmann for several years in the martial arts. His extensive knowledge and background provide him all the necessary tools for a good trainer. But part of what makes him an excellent trainer, is his love to see people improve. He not only sees the areas you need to work on, but challenges and inspires you to keep going to that next level. He is highly recommended!
