- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer different packages and options so we can find the right setup for your yard and your dog. Here are some things that affect pricing: Number of pets Yard size (if the yard is over 1 acre) Optional add-ons (indoor boundaries, battery backup, etc.) Major obstacles in the yard
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can answer questions and give an estimate over the phone or in-person. We schedule the installation, usually within a week. Gopher State comes out to mark your utilities in the meantime. Installation takes about 2 hours, and then we work with you and your dog to begin the training process. In 4-5 days, your dog is trained and contained. At any time, we welcome phone calls to answer questions or address issues.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with dogs of all breeds and ages, as well as cats, to keep them contained in their yards. Those yards range from small city lots to large farms to wooded hilly yards.
