- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Are you ready to take the first step to transforming your body and your life? Working with a new customer is something that I take great pride in. It starts with a personalized consultation to get to know you and hear your fitness goals. From there, I create a tailored fitness plan specifically designed for you, so that you can take the steps you need to reach your goals. I am with you every step of the way, providing encouragement and accountability to keep you motivated and on track. I also make sure to adjust the plan along the way to account for your changing needs and goals. I am committed to helping you reach your goals, and I make sure that your success is my top priority. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No matter what it is, a product or a service, you want to know if it is going to be up to your standards/worth your money. We wanted to make sure that we are worth your money in every possible way. One of those ways though is by being one of the most credentialed trainers out there. Because it seems like people have a fear of whether or not their trainer is going to be able to work with their certain situation/limitations or not. That is why we went with the National Academy of Sports Medicine as our certifying body. They are the best in the world. To go even further than that, we made sure that we could work with as many situations and people as possible. We even have to admit though, we don’t have all the certifications to be 100% versatile, yet. That doesn’t stop us from continuously getting new certifications so we can be though. Here is a list of the certifications we have and what they mean: 1.) NASM Certified Personal Trainer. This means that we can work with most of the general population whether they be old, young, men, women, pregnant, diabetic, etc. 2.) NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. If you are coming in with an injury, mobility issues, or are fresh out of physical therapy, this specialization enables us to work with all those issues and correct them in a way that will allow your body to achieve your maximum mobility and movement 3.) NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist. If you are training for an athletic event, want to be better at your sport, or want your body to just perform better overall, this specialization we have insider and advanced knowledge that will allow us to help unlock all the potential that your body has to offer and bring out the best from your body for whatever you want to do\ 4.) NASM Weight Loss Specialist. I’m going to be honest, this should be fat loss specialist. Losing weight really means losing fat and muscle, and losing muscle is not what you want to do, especially if you want to drop fat. This specialization means we have one of a kind knowledge that will enable us to efficiently, and effectively help you and teach you to lose fat and make sure you keep it off 5.) NASM Certified Nutrition Coach. Nutrition is an important aspect of your program. I’m sure you are worried about if your trainer will have enough knowledge to help you properly with your nutrition program. This certification means we have some of the best nutritional knowledge out there. This means that you as well are going to get some of the best nutritional knowledge that will help you keep this body long term and help you make the right food choices that still taste good Among other things, we employ other bits of knowledge that are known only by a select few in the industry. It’s those advanced pieces of knowledge that are the most important. And when you talk with us, we will let you decide if they are things that make us ahead of all other trainers out there.
