I had worked with 3 other personal trainers over the last few years at both Crunch fitness and Lifetime. Had little to no success and spent tons of money on essentially nothing. 4 weeks into Working with Lyla at Luxe Works I’ve lost almost 2 inches on my waist, 4% body fat down, and have gained 2 pounds of muscle according to the InBody scanner they have in their Office. I can’t believe how fast I’m progressing, words cannot describe how greatful I am to have finally found my solution to fitness. I cannot recommend Lyla and Luxe Works PT more to anyone.
