- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts minus the referral discounts, cannot be combined, but unless there is an expiration date, discount cards can be saved for a later date if you have two. My pricing is less than what i should be charging based off all of my certifications but I don’t want to make people broke while achieving beautiful healthy hair, but it isn’t cheap by any means, bc good hair costs money!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They fill out a new client consultation form. They usually get/have a longer and more detailed consultation before hand. We have get to know you conversation. Other than that, they are treated like I treat all my clients!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
**Cosmetology License **Master Hair Colorist Certified (only 1000 stylists in the entire COUNTRY, hold this certification!) **Certified hair thinning and hair loss expert **Master Hair Styling Certification **Certified as a Senior/Master Hair Cutting Stylist **COVID SAFE and Barbicide certified ** Certified in Facials with Dermalogica and Mary Kay Professional Products!
