- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most water damages are covered under your homeowner policy! Your only out of pocket cost will be your deductible. Dryco is usually able to bill the insurance company directly to streamline the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During emergency losses we get right out there, inspect the damage, confirm insurance coverage and get to work mitigating the damages. When clients have a mold damage we slow down a bit, assess the extent, provide recommendations and a detailed estimate before starting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our estimators and foremen are IICRC certified in the area of work they do, weather that's fire damage, water mitigation or mold remediation. All our technicians also complete on the job training and are "WET" certified. (Water Extraction Technician)
