Great company! Reliable, fast responding, flexible, professional, (not creepy) friendly, affordable, honest and had great customer service. I was a little worried when I only saw one man show up to haul off this big wooden fireplace/ entertainment center. I had a 75 inch tv on it.. for size reference. Slumberland had three guys that originally carried it in. But the company didn’t disappoint. He was STRONG and polite letting me know he played college FB, discreetly, and that he wasn’t worried. Having a good sense of humor was nice and not awkward as I watched him finish up. HE CARRIED IT BY HIMSELF, no problem, all the way down my stairs, somehow out the door and all the way to his truck which was parked on a hill. He waited patiently while I tried to find furniture to put the TV on. After finding out I was pregnant, he did everything he could to where I didn’t have to lift a finger!! It was very impressive. I also had a huge AC I needed to be rid of. He easily picked that up as well. Company is flexible and came on the exact day I was looking for, on time, and since it wasn’t a whole truck load he didn’t charge me for a full load when he easily could have! Can pay with different options which is nice. Bear Down was quick, efficient and exactly what I needed. Always nice to hear peoples stories, and his is all about his family ❤️
I will definitely be using this company again now and my hubby was extremely pleased with how he conducted himself while I was alone! Here’s a picture of just ONE thing he carried alone!! 💪

Bear was punctual and very thorough. He removed everything I had asked to be removed and even moved a heavy television stand from one floor or another for me. I will definitely be hiring him again.
