1. Cost of service is based on type of service and square footage of home. 2. Estimates given by phone can be subject to change until conditions of the home are determined after walkthrough. 3. There will be a cancellation fee of $50 on any service canceled 24hrs before scheduled time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Define service best suited for clients home. 2. Provide estimate for the service being provided. 3. Received clients information and create file on system. 4. Confirm visit through message. 5. Follow up with a remainder an hr before time determined.
