Pricing depends on your pet, so it's important for us to know details such as breed, weight, age, and hair type (e.g., short, long, curly). Additionally, please provide the date of the last grooming appointment and any issues encountered during grooming.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get started, please visit our website and complete our intake form. This helps us gather all the necessary information to provide you with a quote. We prefer to speak with our new customers directly, ensuring we have all the details we need. Once we have your information, we will call or message you with a quote and can then schedule your appointment at a convenient time for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our groomers have 3 to 4 or more years of experience in pet grooming. We prioritize groomers with excellent communication skills, ensuring strong client relations to keep both you and your pets happy. Additionally, we strive to keep our groomers updated on the latest trends by encouraging their continued education.
