- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe our pricing is more than fair. Most times we don’t turn a profit on materials. What do we mean? Whenever possible, we order locally from within the customers sites, or we order from a very nearby source on our way to you. But sometimes, rarely….the customer lives an hour or more away in the middle of nowhere. These rare cases we do have to charge for our gas and mileage and delivery. We’ve worked for years with same suppliers so we get best prices around.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very simple and straightforward. It begins with visiting your property. After hearing your needs and wants we work in collaboration with your ideas. Take some measurements and most times give you a quote onsite other times we email you a bid. If completely necessary then we bring on a designer whom we’ve installed for on the side many times. Countless times.
