This is a at your risk. I trusted what I thought was a professional that was my mistake. The owner seems nice. He's communicate with me and seems to comprehend. He sent in another worker that did not listen to my instructions or time. My instructions were hang the lights across the wall with these provided hooks. Instead he tried to cross cross the ceiling while talking on the phone loudly even when I mentioned there are other tenants. Also the lights were supposed to be unwrapped and let down. Half were still coiled and some were unwrapped. I "appreciate" a creative expression but please don't do it on my ceiling. I gave specific directions and thought I did not have to baby sit the professional. That was my mistake as it was about 2.5 hours for the stairwell and he still wasn't finish and I had to leave and I come back to what was not instructed. The worker got to my place 30 mins earlier when I specifically said a certain time. I told the owner and he understood, but not the worker. Worker is nice but I wanted a job done and I tried to give it some patience especially when I got back but I should have inspected closer. Again the owner is communicative but I'm not sure on his follow up. This could be a one off with me, so feel free to give him a chance. I haven't received anything after my last message and I've given it some time. So you might have a better experience than me!
