Eric and Building Innovations has done a fantastic job on our bathroom remodel and installing a wet bar in our lower level.
He is easy to work with and can do any job big or small, and completely thorough.
He has great ideas and vision, is aware of current style trends, and wants you to be happy. He always communicates well and listens to any ideas or concerns. He is also very conscientious and never intrusive. Eric does outstanding work and we will use him again in the future without hesitation. We enjoyed having him around, he has a great personality.
We love our bathroom and wet bar!

We loved working with Building Innovations. Erik was professional, a great communicator and does excellent work! I had at least 3 contractors out that didn’t want to attempt our pocket door project. Erik was up for the task and it turned out exactly how we had envisioned. Erik will now be on speed dial at our house for any future projects.
Project goal: Turn closed off room into a room that could be opened up to larger basement space, but closed off as a guest room when guests are in town.
Solution: Pocket doors that will be open most of the time, but can be closed for privacy.
Would 100% recommend Building Innovations.

Eric was quick to respond and did high quality work, conveying a 20+ year old bathroom to a new beautiful bathroom. His tile work was the highlight. He was passionate about the details. Very responsive and a good a value as well.
