- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide one price. I generally require 50% down at start of project, but I don’t mind working with people! Cash paid will be discounted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give me a call and we’ll set up a time to meet and I’ll give an estimate right there on the spot! If we move forward with the project, I will schedule the job right away!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With 18 years in this field, I have picked up an abundance of knowledge from many companies and individuals to whom I have worked with pertaining to set up process, finishing of concrete, and of course the details !'
