Hi, I’m Rob Lombardi and my company is RL Garage Door Service Inc. I got my start in this business working for a large national garage door company. After a few years of experience, I knew I could offer better service at a lower price. I can offer you the same parts and doors used by the big guys at factory direct prices. We’re licensed and insured, and have wholesale accounts to get the best possible prices on doors, openers, and parts. I have an additional technician available for large scale jobs and busy days. RL Garage Door responded quickly to repair my garage door opener. They inspected all functions of the garage door opener and recommended repairs. Had them come over to fix some things with the garage door. Very knowledgeable and explained the potential issues for future without trying to up sell. Rob did an excellent job with the repair. He was very prompt in answering the questions from my initial inquiry and the scheduling time for service was only a couple of days out. Once the problem was identified, the repair took approximately 1 hour. Had garage door opener replaced with a belt-driven unit that included a wireless keypad and 2 remote controls. Removal and disposal of the old opener also included. The new opener is super quiet! Thank you so much Rob!
