Mark, It seems there is some confusion on the final invoice. I apologize as it did not appear there was confusion on our last recorded phone call where you agreed to our final invoice payment negotiations and expressed satisfaction with our business. It was not until your email shortly after our phone conversation that you decided you did not agree to the invoice payments thus resulting in our need to protect our business and the labor of our team members. Our invoice is completely itemized and I did not see anywhere that there were charges for final permit revisions. The final invoice did increase from our initial estimate visit as additional work was added on to our visits per your request which again you will see itemized within the invoice as well as supporting dates. I am more than happy to review this invoice you with over the phone once again to help clear any confusion or possible miscommunication.
