Wes does not answer his phone very often. He takes on too much work that he cannot handle all by himself, While Wes was our accountant he had "Forgot" to do our payroll on the second week of payroll. Now he sent out our W-2s and missed a week, Overall it was a very bad experience and I wish we had not wasted all our time.

Wes contacted me through thumbtac. He said he could file a tax extension for me and would email me a copy after it was done. It was never done. Claims the email didn't come through. Claimed to have emailed me, I never received anything. He is the only person at this time that had trouble e-mailing me or receiving one. He won't return my calls. I'm scared that he has my information. I don't understand how he has such great reviews.. Something is not right with this. Also when he was answering my calls it was always him personally. No secretary or other employees at Jung and Associates?

Keri B, We are sorry you are dissatisfied with our service. I did file an extension for you but couldn't send it to you immediately as we didn't have your email. I called you on the the 19th asking for your email explaining I couldn't forward a copy of the extension without knowing where to send it. We have sent the copy of the extension today as planned. Your private information which just was received today May 20th will deleted. That will conclude our business relationship, and we wish you and your new accountant the best of luck going forward.
