We specialize in Preventative Home Maintenance. We do everything from Custom Home Maintenance Packages, Window Washing, Deck staining/refurbishing, Trim work and much more. He communicated effectively about his plans prior to arrival, he did great job with the projects and even offered to do extra stuffs (transporting the items to another site for installation) without charging. Also, the transportation was not initially expected of him but it helped with efficiency of the projects. I would definitely hire him for another home improvements projects. Nice meeting you Blake! Good job. I am a happy customer!

Blake was so nice. I had a gutter that wasn't draining and a gutter co would not fix it because it was too small of a job. I contacted a few handymen on thumbtack who did not even respond to say that they were not interested which is quite frustrating. Blake responded, showed up, and also finished off the grouting of tiles that another contractor did not finish. I was thrilled! The grout matched perfectly. I will definitely have him do other jobs. So refreshing in this industry.

I had Blake come to our home to confirm a verbal bid he had made for repairing our picture window. He was very pleasant and confirmed his bid, but then after saying he would need a few days to schedule our work, he stopped responding to any of my messages. I even asked him if he lost interest in the work. Very disappointed in his lack of communication!
