I listen to what the person wants done and will do an excellent service. No matter how big or small I will get the job done . I have excellent references. Please be clear of what you want done before I come over there, as many details as possible and lists are helpful. Feedback is welcome. I have been cleaning for over 5 years now, however in the beginning it was more of a side job now I have made it into a business since 2021. I do not do any yard work. I do have my own supplies and equipment. I also require payment same day via cash, Zelle or Venmo. Please let me know if there has been smoking in the house, as I do get a sinus infection every time I clean a house where there has been smoking in it. For deep cleaning and move out cleanings will be charged by project and regular cleanings will be charged by the hour. I do charge for 2 hour minimum even if I am not there for 2 hours for regular cleanings. Standard cleaning- Vacuum Dust Mop Outside cabinets Microwave inside and out Stove Appliances outside part only Outside of light fixtures Laundry small loads Dishes Deep clean- Vacuum Dust Mop Closets Oven cleaning Windows and window sills inside not outside Inside Refrigerator Laundry big loads Inside cabinets Blinds Porches/decks only if asked ahead of time Inside of light fixtures Move out cleaning and cabin cleanings all of the above except shampooing Also will move appliances out to clean behind only if accessible Shampooing charge will be per room, please let me know ahead of time
