FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have minimum travel time fees to cover doing small repairs, but inspections are always free. For roofing, pricing varies depending on material and labor costs, but generally we find we are very competitive because we are a small, family-owned business with lower than average overhead.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we try to get to the bottom of what each customer REALLY needs. We inspect the entire property in case there is an insurance adjuster we need to help get involved. We are very honest and straight forward about what we think the best course of action is when it comes to work on their home. If they can get 2-3 more years out of their roof, for example, we tell them and we hope we earn them as long-term customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am HAAG Engineering certified as a Residential Roof Inspector. HAAG Engineering provides the same training I have to insurance adjusters in the field. This gives me a huge advantage when inspecting roofs, because if there is a potential insurance claim involved, I know how to handle it properly, and can better identify the likelihood that a claim would be approved.
