- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each photo is unique and every restoration cost varies. To have a set cost for restoration, you would either be over or undercharged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact me to receive FREE estimate for the restoration. 2. Full payment is required before any work is completed. 3. Photo is scanned and restored within 4-6 weeks. 4. You will receive an email with a before & after proof for your approval. 5. Upon approval, the restored digital image is sent off to be printed. You will receive a mounted print in the size of the original. 6. Receive your original and restored image as a mounted print.

I have been a photographer for 18 years and have been restoring photographs since 2005.
