What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies from project to project, dependent on the type of installation you are looking to have us preform (scope of work).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first set up a time for a virtual consultation to determine the scope of the project. From there, I can put together an in-depth proposal with all costs associated for your project that includes any needed product and labor. We will then set up a time to review it with you and answer any questions you may have. Once we agree to the project, we will ask for a deposit, schedule the job, and install!
