We woke up to a broken garage door desperately in need of repair. There was a broken spring and the arm that attaches to the opener broke as well. One well advertised company came out and told me that they would fix it but could not warranty their work unless I bought a new garage door at $3k. I reached out in the afternoon to JS Garage Door Services and Jeremiah came out early the next morning and told me could fix it right away. He even suggested that I go to the hardware store to purchase a part that would be a more reasonably priced option while he began disassembling the broken parts. He had the garage door up and running within a couple hours, and now it is smooth and super quiet. He was reasonably priced and very professional. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of garage door service.

I came home to find my garage door spring was broken. I did a search on Nextdoor and JS Garage Door Service was highly rated. I made an appointment through thumbtack for a week later. JS garage door contacted me and they were able to come out the next day. Arrived at the designated time, talked me through what needed to be done and answered my questions. Michael was able to repair my door right then and was done within an hour. Very much appreciated how quickly they were able to come out and get my door working again.

We always provide an affordable rate for our customers. Your satisfaction with our work is our priority! There are multiple options we provide based on your needs and safety in mind.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always discuss all options available. Once there is an agreement upon work to be done and price we will get you on the schedule as soon as possible to complete the job. At the end of every job we train you on normal maintenance procedures.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two years construction experience, twelve years machining experience, five years garage door experience. Garage door pro cert, machining certs, business degree, IT degree, engineering dagree.
