Vector was awesome! Our water heater went out on Saturday morning with a house full of weekend guests. Vector responded immediately and our new water heater was installed by 6pm. Will definitely be using them again for any future needs!!

Reliable, efficient, friendly, cost effective. How often do you hear all those words to describe the same vendor? Yet, these are the words I would use to describe Vector Services. Being a landlord, I needed a quick turn around for the comfort of my tenants yet something cost effective. Tom was amazing to work with and was very professional and direct. Tim and Landon did the install with the utmost professionalism. They left the work site clean and did everything in a timely manner.
I cannot recommend Vector more. They will always be my go to for services including HVAC in the twin cities metro.

Project Manager Tom Balko came out measured and determined that some wood replacement would be required and we agreed on the cost. Tom was very courteous and professional.
Karen Olson and her crew came out and completed the job in an outstanding manner.
I would highly recommend Vector Services for any painting and/or staining.

I went out to Thumbtack.com and after interviewing 3 different contractors. We selected Vectors Services. I reached out to the Project manager (Tom Balko) and he agreed to meet with us within two days. What we really liked was that he told us he wasn’t the one who would be doing the painting however, he was going to bringing his Painting Project Manager (Karen Olson). He assured us she would be able to answer all of our questions, give us a quote and then we just needed to select a date that would work for everyone.
We couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out. Karen and her team arrived on time. Karen took a few minutes to be sure we both were on the same page as to the work expectations and ask if I had any questions. Once I said there were no changes, she organized her team and they went to work.
I was pleased they didn’t spare any expenses, they used several tarps to protect our furniture, carpet and our polyurethane floors. They were so quiet you really didn’t know they were there and when they were done they cleaned up after themselves.
When it came to painting the bedroom and its ceiling, it had to be very difficult because I have a boarder that I was leaving up and in order for them to paint the bedroom they moved the heavy furniture so they could get to the walls.
Karen assured me it wouldn’t be a problem and it wasn’t. I was simply amazed that they never got any paint on the board and all of the furniture was replaced as promised.
We give Vector Services 5 ***** Rating. We plan on using them again if the spring for some deck work.

I requested that part of my home with cathedral ceilings and a steep stairwell that impeded me from painting myself be painted prior to new carpet being installed. The work was done in one day and done quickly end efficiently.
