- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer different packages to meet clients' needs. Packages with sessions multiple times a week are offered at a discounted rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is an initial consultation. We sit and discuss what your goals may be and how I would be able to help you achieve them. Prospective clients are given an opportunity to ask any questions they may have about me or my approach to health and wellness.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an American Council on Exercise certified Health and Wellness Coach for nine years and a certified Group Fitness Instructor for 12 years.
