Despite encountering some resource constraints, Devin demonstrated exceptional determination and professionalism throughout the project. However, I must note a planning oversight that necessitated my active involvement in guiding and assisting at every stage of the process. This level of engagement was unexpected, as I had anticipated a more autonomous execution of the task. Ideally, the service would have aligned more closely with a "pay, hire, and forget" model, allowing me to rely entirely on the expertise of the technician without the need for direct oversight. Nonetheless, Devin's commitment to overcoming each challenge with a positive and solution-oriented approach was commendable. Although the project extended beyond the original timeline, the quality of the workmanship was outstanding, reflecting his dedication to achieving the highest standards. Despite the initial challenges, I would highly recommend Zeno Handyman Company to those seeking skilled and reliable services.
