Submitted my project on Thurs. June 16, got reply that they could handle my job. I requested appointment some hours later that same day. Received reply the following morning that an opening might be available Monday morning and I replied that I would be available. I heard nothing further and contacted them again on Sat. June 18. Received reply that he had to check the calendar and would get back to me with a time. It is now Tues. June 21 and I've heard nothing. What kind of company is unable to schedule an appointment 6 days after initial request? If they didn't want my job, just tell me. I will never contact for anything again. UPDATE........Trevor contacted me BEFORE seeing my review and explained the delay in his response to my request. I did decide to have him investigate and repair my wiring issue. He arrived exactly at the agreed upon day & time, was very polite, pleasant and courteous. He was able to fix my problem and I would hire him again. I support small business owners who just want to make it in their profession while facing competition from the bigger well known companies. Give NuLimit a try, you won't be disappointed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My normal rates include, $120 for the first hour, $100 for the remaining hours. Or per estimate. I do work with customers on payment plans to help fund the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Over the phone estimates or in person, I do not charge for the estimate hired or not for I want to build trust with my clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone through 4 years of Electrical schooling, as well over 12 years of on the job training. Totaling experience in our company is 28 years of experience with our best guys on your job.
