Jay installed cabinets in my laundry room. I thought it went well and was initially pleased, until I found an issue after he left and was unable to get him to come back to fix it and install the hardware on the cabinets. After repeated promises to come back followed by excuses as to why he couldn't make it each time he promised to be there I was told he wouldn't be able to complete the job, and he issued a small refund. Not an ideal outcome and I am disappointed that it ended this way and that I now have to try and fix this myself or pay someone else to come and do it. I would not recommend.
