I've been helping clients achieve their goals for years. I'm a certified Nutritionist, and Kinesiology Practitioner, graduate of The Kinesiology Institute. I'm a graduate of The United Association of Christian Chaplains and Counselors. This gives me a unique way of understanding what motivates an individual. Dietary practice is strongly involved in our brain chemistry, so these perspectives are very important for fitness, sports Psychology or even substance abuse recovery.
