- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service call ($79.99) covers 1 hour or less of time. Anything over 1 hour and the service call price is dropped and I go hourly which is $62 per hour (2 hours = $124.00 3 hours = $186.00) 1 hour or less = $79.99, 2 hours = $124.00 The service call covers 1 hour or less of time. Anything over 1 hour and I'll drop the service call price and go hourly which is $62 per hour 1 hour or less = $79.99, 2 hours = $124.00
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I just like to make sure communication is very clear. Clearly stating days and times I will be there is important.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working with homes when I was 15 years old and fell in love with it. I've been working with homes and apartments ever since. I'm 44 now.
