- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a 70 dollar service call, which is taken at time of service. This service call is taken out of any parts/services provided at the time of the work being completed. Sometimes something can be fixed with no parts needed, and the total price would be 70 dollars and that's it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make sure that the work is satisfactory, and I've met all of your needs today. I always like to do a thorough evaluation so you can make an informed decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my EPA universal, as well as others.
