FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing, it's an investment. That's with anything you pay for. Car, house, groceries, etc. Your health and fitness are no different. If you want to see the change that you've set your goals to, you will hire a professional who is experienced, knowledgeable, and practices what they preach. Pricing should always be based on that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free consultation. Preferable face-to-face, but of course can be online, or phone call. In this consultation we get to know each other. I learn about hour short term/long term goals; what has prevented you from reaching them, and what I can offer. After the free consultation you decide if you're willing to work with me. Once you do, I will send out a questionnaire (specific). We set a schedule to train. After your 1st session you will receive your meal plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a certified trainer for over 24 years. I'm also an IFBB Pro Men's Physique competitor. I've trained over 1000 clients (in-person/online) in my career.
