- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We deliver catered pricing and services based on the unique needs of our customers. Firm pricing is generally provided once we have had an opportunity to walk through the space and get a better understanding of specific job requirements
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Pre-Bid: We will take an opportunity to meet with the customer, walk the facility, and get a clear understanding of the customer's needs (1 day) 2) Bid: Based on our pre-bid meeting, we will prepare a customized Services Proposal (2-5 days) 3) Bid Review: We will review the Services Proposal in person to ensure a mutual understanding of the solutions proposed, terms, and conditions (1 day) 4) Acceptance/OnBoarding: Upon acceptance of the proposal, we will meet with the customer to review our implementation plan as we approach an agreed-upon start date (1 day) 5) Pre-Start Activities: We will meet with the client approximately 1 week prior to start to review building security, access points, dumpster locations, and any other administrative items (1-day) 6) Start Day: We will coordinate the delivery of all supplies, equipment, and review administrative items with the assigned cleaning staff (1 day) 7) Training & Implementation: Our field managers will go through our comprehensive field training program to ensure all tasks, responsibilities and administrative items are accomplished properly (3-5 days) 8) Implementation Support: We will typically meet with the client weekly to walk the property, review any issues, and make any corrections, as necessary (30 days) 9) Ongoing Support and Service: Our management team is responsible for auditing cleaning quality on a weekly basis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We provide a comprehensive training program through PBM University that is designed to ensure our professionals have the knowledge and skills necessary to consistently service our customer's facilities. 1) Initial Onboarding: Classroom and online training modules designed to provide safety, quality, and organizational training material 2) Initial Field-Training: 3-5 day in-field training designed to enhance "real-world" knowledge, skills and abilities 3) Ongoing Training: Frequent coaching and training provided by our field managers to continually enhance skills and knowledge learned through the onboarding and initial field-training modules 4) Advanced Skills Training: Additional classroom and field training provided to those individuals who wish to advance their facilities maintenance careers. We offer complete curriculum in hard-floor care, carpet cleaning, window washing, and maintenance 5) Management Training: Comprehensive multi-year curriculum designed to develop our associates into our future leaders.
