What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is just a rough estimate on the final price, we try to get photos to better help estimate, but I can't guarantee a price if I don't know how much Junk is being removed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first introduce myself and the person with me, see the job (preferably walk it first) then we grab tools if needed and start working.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked for homeowners, real estate agents, residents no longer in Michigan, renters, business owners, etc.
