Very satisfied with the work done. Had them over to fix a broken pipe a year after installation and they came over and fixed it no charge. Really comfortable working with Kelly from the service team.

They were able to fit me in right away and provided a free detailed inspection. Low pressure and personalized options made it very easy to trust their recommendations. Extremely knowledgeable in crawl space science. I’ll post pics after the work is done! Looking forward to having a clean healthy crawl space and brand new gutters. Very affordable!

We owe Mark and HomeSpec Basement Fix more than we can express. After putting an offer in on a house we loved, we decided to have Mark come out and inspect the foundation due to the house having history of foundation work and potential issues in the future. Mark took the time to do a very thorough investigation of the basement and exterior, giving us an honest and informative assessment of the work that was already done, the current state, and what we could expect as potential owners. At the end of the day, we decided not to go forward with the house because of the knowledge that Mark provided. While we were upset that we didn't get the house, we can't express our gratitude enough for his time and assessment. Will highly recommend to anyone looking for professional basement work.
