Rod responded to us within 15 minutes and scheduled a service time. Rod arrived on time and after troubleshooting the problem with our washer he told us we would be better served to buy a new washer, as the cost of the repair would be close to cost of a new one. I would highly recommend Rod to anyone looking for appliance service.

Rod was thorough in his inspection. He showed integrity when explaining if a repair of our dryer motor is needed, we might as well buy a new dryer. He also fixed a small issue with our range. Overall great service! We will definitely call again for further issues.
