People who came out to install my range hood couldn’t figure out how to unscrew a cover plate the electric cords were stored in and claimed it was riveted in and impossible (I unscrewed it in minutes). They claimed to be electricians but said they couldn’t extend the existing electrical wires to reach the new hood configuration, they left so quickly. One star since at least they didn’t have the audacity to charge me anything.
