- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free quotes in your home or place of business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out to set up a time to meet you and offer an in-home quote. I will provide quotes over the phone, but prefer to see the home first. I will then text or email the quote from my software. Once you approve the quote, we’ll set up a schedule that fits your needs. Two days before your scheduled clean, you will receive an automated reminder by text. After the clean is completed, you’ll receive an invoice by text, where you can pay with a credit card at the link provided, or pay with Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, or PayPal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The company is a member of ISSA, an international cleaning association, and specifically ISSA Residential. Me and my cleaners have taken the Professional House Cleaner course and several of us have taken more advanced courses as well.
