David & his team are very efficient at what they do at a decent price. I hired DNY Home Services for my Master Bathroom upgrade and they did a great job including new electrical wiring for additional light fixtures and neatly painted the walls, ceiling, window & door trims to finish. They cleaned up the debris very well everyday after finishing their job. Overall very satisfied and planning to hire them again for more jobs and referred his company to my friends too.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I do not recommend working with this company. I agreed to pay $200 for weather stripping three storm doors. Instead of removing and properly replacing the old weatherstripping the worker simply places foam padding on the doors. The strips don't even meet or extend the length of the doors, and you can see gaps where the wind light still comes through. This is the most unacceptable and unprofessional level of work I've experienced using Thumbtack. The staff staff is polite and friendly, but the quality of work, for the price I was charged is just insulting. I would not recommend this company if you want quality work done and at any price.

We spoke on the phone multiple times prior to and after the completion of the project. There were no issues or problems brought to my attention. You actually spoke highly of the quality and approved the completed service. If there was a service or quality issue, you could've simply refused to pay and let me know right away. I would've made sure the issue would have been resolved. My repair techs cannot accept payments on the job so the invoice was sent to you directly. You had a ton of time to think things over refused to pay and escalated the issue to myself. This is why communication is important. I was unaware. Anyway I can help, i will. Thanks

No Call no show and no response to texts messages or voicemails. Agreed on a job to be done when day came to do repair, did not show up and never communicated beyond the job. Very disappointing.

This is a false statement. We did show up. The first initial job we were hired for was completed. We even let you borrow our carpet fan (for a day) so your realtor and potential home buyers did not have to walk on a wet carpet.
The SECOND job, required extensive repairs on the chimney and the flashing. The estimate was provided and not approved. The requested repairs will not pass any legal inspection. I understand you want to do repairs on your home for as less as possible, prior to a sale but we have to make sure we stand by the service we provide. We have to also make sure we do things the right and LEGAL way.
