- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prioritize connecting with my clients to understand not only their requests but also their personalities, ensuring I can tailor my services to their unique needs. After gaining a clear understanding of their vision, I provide a detailed quote. Once the down payment is made, I begin the project promptly. Throughout the process, I maintain open communication to confirm ideas and finalize details. After all plans are in place, I present a visual proposal for the client’s approval. On the scheduled day, my team arrives punctually to set up, ensuring everything is ready before the event. We stay on-site to confirm the client’s satisfaction upon arrival. At the end of the event, my team handles all breakdown and cleanup tasks.

I started off as a hobby for friends and family, but guests always requested to purchase the centerpieces and other decor to take home... so I started selling the pieces ... eventually, the demand was so great I decided to quit my job and start decorating full time...
